DCO sir assured us for full support from Telangana Police Department and also assured to take this matter to DGP for supporting Thalassemia patients without any problems. Mr Aleem Baig, Joint Secretary, TSCS accompanied with the team on 24 May 2021.

We are also grateful to the team who organized this Mega Blood Donation Camp at Red Rose Garden, Nampally on 11th April 2021 for Thalassemia patients which was a grand success. Special thanks to Mr Aleem Baig, Joint Secretary, TSCS who played major role in making this camp a mega success.

This is one of the first steps to make our dream come true i.e.:

“THALASSEMIA FREE TELANGANA”

Another milestone in the history of Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society (TSCS). Moving ahead with the aim of Thalassemia Free Telangana. TSCS  under the able guidance of President  Shri Chandrakant  Agrawal, Chief Patron Mr Naresh Rathi, CEO & Secretary Dr Suman Jain, Vice President Smt. Ratnavali, Joint Secretary Mr Aleem Baig and Board Members started  a day care centre  (BRANCH OF TSCS) in Khammam on 5th March 2021 to provide comprehensive  care for thalassemia  and sickle  cell anemia  patients . TSCS is happy to inform that we have collaborated with Vijaya Sree Blood Bank in Khammam to provide free blood to all the patients. Special thanks to Dr. Pradeep Kurapati for his support and generosity.

TSCS will provide free services: blood transfusions, medicines, lunch, counselling & advise them for required investigations. We will also organize periodically complete health check-up camps.

Murthy, Advisor; Dr Suman Jain, Secretary and Mrs Ratnavali K, Vice President had an opportunity to meet Honorable Governor Shri Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan on 07 Feb 2021 to brief about activities of our Society and discussed about reducing the burden of Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Anemia in Telangana State.
